The Static mixer is a tool that mix the two component adhesives which come out of the dual cartridge. It can also used onto dispensing machine and so on. There are variety of static mixer according to different type of connector, different type of outlet.
Plastic static mixer with bayonet connector can matched with cartridge from 50ml-75ml like 50ml 1:1; 50ml 2:1; 50ml 4:1 and 50ml 10:1.
The bayonet static mixer will mix adhesives like epoxies, silicone and acrylics.
Cartridge nozzles have a 1/4" thread for quick and leak free attachment to cartridges and valves. Standard straight versions in different lengths and diameter hole sizes. Angled bent versions. And spreader versions for wide band dispensing.
